The M275 offers direct access into Portsmouth city centre, with excellent road connections via the M3, A3, and M27 linking the city to Southampton, Guildford, and Chichester in both directions along the south coast.

We recommend parking at:

Isambard Brunel Car Park (PO1 2BX) – 5 min walk. A limited number of pre-paid parking tickets are available for this car park for £4.50 and can help you save money and skip the queues on the day. Purchase them online with your tickets or at the Box Office. Please collect your parking ticket from the Box Office and insert it at the barrier when you leave the car park. Has disabled bays.
- Dorothy Dymond Car Park (Alec Rose Lane) – 1 min walk. University permit holders only 6am-6pm Mon-Fri. Limited space. There are disabled bays on Alec Rose Lane.
Please note: Guildhall Walk is pedestrianised and the surrounding roads can be busy in the evenings, especially during big events. Plan a little extra time if you’re driving.
