What time should I arrive for a show?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance begins. This gives you time to find your seat, grab a drink, and relax before the show starts.
Is the theatre accessible?
Yes. We offer step-free access, accessible toilets, and wheelchair spaces. For more details, visit our Access page.
Can I bring children to shows?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of family-friendly shows and also sometimes run relaxed performances which are suited to younger audiences. Babe-in-Arms tickets are available when booking for £1 extra – your child must remain on your lap throughout the performance for safety reasons.
We do have booster cushions available but these are not intended for use by children under 36 months (3 years of age) and are used at your own risk. Be aware that the main theatre seat may tip up and there is a chance of your child sliding off the booster seat. Never leave a child unattended whilst using a booster seat. Please also feel free to bring you own booster seats for your family to use.
Are guide dogs allowed in the theatre?
Yes. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome. Please let us know in advance so we can offer the best seating.
