Do you offer concessions?
Concessions may be available on certain shows for the following groups. Please check the individual show for the concession eligibility.

What is your refund policy?

Do you have facilities for school trips?
Yes, we welcome schools and can arrange workshops, tours and discounted tickets. See our Schools page for info.
Can I hire the venue?
Yes, our spaces are available for hire for performances, conferences, weddings and more. Visit the Venue Hire page.
Are there age restrictions on performances?
Some shows have age guidance or restrictions. These will be clearly listed on the show page. If they are not listed, please get in contact with us and we will find out for you.
What are relaxed performances?
These performances are adapted to be more accessible for people with autism, sensory sensitivities or learning disabilities. They’re a little quieter, use less or no special effects and the lights in the auditorium will be kept on.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 10+ may be eligible for discounts on selected shows. Contact our Box Office for more info.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed against any performance. Contact the Box Office to purchase.
Are there any discounts for booking early?
Book early for the best seats at the best prices. Many shows include an Early Bird offer, bringing additional benefits to planning ahead and booking early. Prices may increase due to demand so get your tickets early to secure the best prices.

When is the Box Office open?
The Theatre Royal Box Office is open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and 90 minutes before a performance.
Do I need a membership to book tickets?
Not at all, anyone can book tickets. But members get access to special perks and early booking windows, so you’ll have the best chance of getting great seats first.
Can I buy a membership as a gift?
Yes! Theatre makes a great gift. Just get in touch with our Box Office team and they’ll help you set up a membership in someone else’s name.
How long does a membership last?
Matcham memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Matcham Patron Memberships are valid for 10 years. We’ll remind you when it’s time to renew, so you don’t miss out on any benefits.
